I believe that people are the experts in their own lives; I meet clients where they are and am honored to assist them to be able to figure out what they want most in their life and how to meet their mental health goals. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy through Behavioral Tech and incorporate CBT and person-centered into my sessions. My expertise is working with adults with depression, anxiety, brain injury, developmental and intellectual disabilities, along with persistent mental health disorders, including borderline personality disorder and bi-polar disorder.
Using validation and meeting clients where they are at is what I do best. I am amazed at the abilities and the changes my clients achieve. I work closely with clients to enable them to be in charge of their therapy journey. I'm passionate about assisting clients to live their best lives

DBT skills group 18+
I am trained in the Linehan model for DBT and lead a skills group that follows her structure for DBT. I currently have immediate openings for clients to join the group. I also offer a tele-health option for group members. There is a current wait-list for the group, please contact me to be put on the wait list
