Online Scheduling- With interest areas in life stress and transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem challenges, I enjoy working with all ages - teenagers through adults, particularly military service members and their families. My passion is helping improve my patient’s mental health and quality of life. Coping with life’s challenges can be difficult. Together we will gain understanding of and intentionally navigate the issues you face. We will collaborate to help you develop the skills that you will find effective in creating new solutions and overcoming obstacles.
Just as there are many reasons to renovate a house, there are many reasons for therapy. A renovation can be preventative maintenance, a minor update, or a major overhaul due to a disaster. Therapy explores what’s working/what’s not, how you ended up here, do you want to stay in the same place, what needs to be learned or worked-on to improve things.
My goal as a therapist is to ensure that you feel seen, heard, listened to, understood, and cared for.
