EMDR is a procedure used in therapy to help reduce the negative impact of past expriences on present- day life. These experiences are often traumatic in nature. However EMDR can also be used to help people deal with anxiety, depression, grief and other conditions where strong emotions are present.
I am a Pennsylvania and New York State Licensed Mental Health Clinician. I recieved my Masters degree in counseling and psychology from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusettes. I am also a practicing EMDR clinician.
