My name is April Garcia, I am a therapist that provides Telehealth services in both English and Spanish. I am a firm believer that therapy is for everyone, and we should all experience therapy at least once in our lives. Why? Because therapy provides a safe place to express ourselves and heal. It is a way to bring forward the traumas that sometimes we try to bury down and keep hidden, it is a way to understand ourselves and those around us better, and also a way to become the best version of us we can be.

Or maybe you are experiencing something difficult in your life that you need help in processing. These are just examples of what therapy and I, as a therapist, can help with.
I have worked with many adults and teens, and believe that this population benefits the most from virtual therapy. Virtual therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy and has the added benefits of being convenient and flexible.
