This is a CBT-based group that assists with disciplining your mind by taming ruminating thoughts and letting go of unhelpful cognitions. This group helps you to explore thoughts that block you from action and helps to create the emotional agility to perform at optimum levels in both your professional and your personal life.

This group is a closed 6 wk group that is limited to five participants. A neuro-meditation inventory is used to assess specific meditations used to improve a variety of symptoms. The practice of guided mediation is conducted using imagery as well as relaxing sounds to facilitate a deeper level of mindfulness.

Servicemembers and Veterans explore moral injuries and develop coping skills to improve his/her quality of life/improve symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress. This is a judgment-free environment and themes related to grief, loss, trauma, spiritual denial/detachment, etc. are addressed. Coping skills and local resources are presented to support healthy lifestyles.
