If you identify as a narcissist then you’re in the right place. I help narcissists liberate themselves from enmeshment. Enmeshment is what happens when one either violates someone else's boundaries or fails to enforce their own boundaries. Enmeshment is the way that one attempts to get one's attachment needs met in one's life. Attachment needs represent what one gets in one's relationships. This includes all relationships such as romantic partnerships, work, family, or in other groups.
In order to help narcissists and codependents, I have developed a new theory about what it means to be a narcissist or codependent. I believe narcissists and codependents have the same issue. The issue is an addiction to what are called endogenous opioids in the body activated through enmeshment.
It is a new theory in my field and it has helped many clients to resolve conflict in their relationships authentically. I call it "The Narcissistic Abuse Theory". If you identify as a narcissist or codependent and are ready to try a new approach, then I'm here to help you heal.
