I am accepting adolescent and adult clients ideally who are new to therapy or haven't been in therapy for some time. Life provides a magnitude of things to talk about I'm here to provide a safe therapeutic space for you to share your thoughts and feelings about the challenges you are experiencing and get guidance on how to manage them. Many of my clients tell me they gain greater insight and comfort in my style of therapy. My therapeutic secret is no judgement. I accept you as you are. My therapeutic approach is based on your goals.
My specialty is depression, anxiety, grief/loss, parenting, careers, relationships, and adjusting to the multitude of phases and challenges that life will bring. My goal is to assist you with getting to the life you most desire with supportive and practical counseling.
