Are you a Christian woman in your 40s-50s experiencing emotional distress after a hard breakup or Narcissistic abuse? Are you looking for support but feeling judged by your faith community? Do you have self-condemning thoughts and doubt your value and worth, but WANT to have positive feelings toward yourself? Together, we can evaluate and dispute negative thoughts and beliefs, resolve spiritual crises, break trauma bonds, and find acceptance for realities unlikely to change.
I exclusively treat Christian women aged 40 and up to increase self-esteem, reduce codependency, and recover from divorce. I love helping clients heal from trauma, resolve anger, and find acceptance for unrealized expectations. Christian women with active faith who have experienced physical, emotional, verbal and/or narcissistic abuse are my primary focus.
