Having dedicated 17 years to working alongside various age groups and families in settings such as schools, child welfare, community mental health, outpatient treatment, and transitional living facilities, I have been fortunate to gain a diverse range of experience and expertise in the field.
My therapeutic approach combines the strengths of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Client-Centered Therapy (CCT) to empower clients and address individual needs. I also offer a variety of other interventions such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Art Therapy to support the therapeutic journey.
