Maybe you're trying to make sense of your identity, navigate the world as BIPOC/queer/neurodiverse etc. while trying to simultaneously build healthy relationships, set boundaries, process past traumas, and exist in a capitalist society where your productivity is a measure of your validity (spoiler alert it's not; you're valid and your existence is more than enough).
While I specialize in trauma-informed therapies such as EMDR, IFS, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, my clinical lens is also informed by my lived experiences as a queer, neurodivergent South Asian (Gujarati) cis-woman. Therapy with me is a collaborative process built on a foundation of unconditional positive regard, mutual trust, and radical self-celebration.
