I have been trained in exposure and response prevention (ERP) for treating OCD, which is considered the first-line treatment for OCD. Additionally, I incorporate elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and feminist therapy to support my clients. I am also LGBTQIA+ affirming.
