I work with adults facing numerous challenges; including anxiety, trauma and life transistions.

I provide a safe space for you to show up and be seen. I am trained in a variety of modalities and can use both traditional talk therapy and methods that help us go deeper. This allows for both exploration and validation, as well deep healing. My training in IFS and EMDR allow for the deeper healing so many of us are yearning for.
