I specialize in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, identify as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), and autistic teens and adults, or those who think they may be neurodivergent. As a parent myself, I also enjoy working with parents of neurodivergent and/or high needs kids.
My clients typically struggle with recurring anxious thoughts, panic attacks, avoidance, people pleasing, setting boundaries, overstimulation and/or feel emotions and the emotions of others deeply. I am a neurodivergent affirming clinician, and am passionate about helping you navigate your world while honoring your individual needs and preferences.
