I have extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). ACT and MBCT are both forms of cognitive behavioral therapy that focuses on helping individuals become more present in the moment, and more accepting of difficult thoughts and emotions.
