As a therapist, I pride my work with various populations on the instillation of hope, personal growth/development, life skills, and healthy coping techniques. I help adult clients between the ages of 18-65 years old utilize identifiable resources on becoming aware of self by helping them to resolve barriers to personal growth.

What you can expect from me as your therapist: I will challenge and support you; Assigns you homework; Guide you to set goals; Proactively check in with you; Listen to you; Explore your past; and teach you new skills.
