My ideal client would be someone willing to explore their issues and emotions and prioritizes their goals. My client would be open to feedback and suggestions that are meant to assist them in their issues. My client would incorporate the tools, skills, and techniques discussed in the session and make a cautious effort to implement them in their daily lives. My clients’ issues include PTSD, depression, and anxiety. My client needs to create the appropriate coping skills, tools, and techniques to reduce their anxiety and depression and to manage their PTSD.
I could help my clients by giving them the safe space they need to explore their feelings, emotions, struggles, and goals. I will guide my clients in finding their voice and giving them the opportunity to build on their unique needs and wants. I specialize in guiding my clients to create SMART goals and helping them be accountable for their progress.
