My work primarily focuses on treating individuals with chronic medical conditions and pain, as well as anxiety and depression. Additionally, I work closely to support the health/wellness of people who identify as women, with neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, Autism), people with self-esteem, body image or eating concerns, and a variety of life challenges.
I am licensed in NJ, NY, and VA. I pull from various treatment modalities to best support a patient's needs. As a certified school psychologist, I also work to provide insight and assistance through consultation regarding school/post-secondary/college-related areas (e.g., IEPs/504s, college and workplace accommodations).
My focus is to provide a warm, non-judgmental, empathetic, and supportive approach, while ultimately empowering patients to reach their goals. I believe that building a strong therapeutic rapport allows for optimum opportunities for patient growth and increased well-being.
