From an early age she was drawn to understanding how the mind works and how to navigate the world when your mind feels like your enemy. These interests pushed her toward her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Master of Social Work and becoming a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
When you work with her expect to learn what your Core BELIEFS are and how they play a role in your day-to-day life. You should also walk away from therapy with a stronger sense of SELF by knowing who you are, what you truly value in life and how you see yourself.
