I work well with couples who are experiencing difficulties with communication, trust, violence, infidelity, divorce, and trauma.
I am trained in EMDR and Focusing-Oriented therapy. In my work with individual clients, often the focus of therapy is helping with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and sexual orientation and identity. I also have experience working with individuals and couples dealing with infertility and fertility treatments.
I graduated from Fordham University and the Ackerman Institute for the Family. The majority of my clients are Individuals and couples. These clients typically come to me for help with a wide variety of problems.
Helping clients work through issues related to trauma is a specific specialty. Currently, I am in private practice full-time. Previously, I worked part-time at an outpatient clinic for sexual assault and abuse survivors.

Forest Fires: Childhood Sexual Abuse- CLOSED
GROUP IS CURRENTLY CLOSED; will begin screening again in January 2021. The group is for women who are healing from childhood sexual abuse and who want to tell their story. Some experience with therapy is necessary. The group is time-limited to approximately 15 sessions.
