I have worked with adults, adolescents, and families from various cultures and orientations over the past decade. I've assisted clients with issues such as depression, anxiety, maladaptive behaviors, family conflict, conflict resolutions, teaching appropriate social skills, and gender affirming care. My goal with every client is to help them better understand themselves and their strengths, then help them apply it to the obstacles they are currently facing.
I utilize strengths-based, cognitive behavioral, and some DBT skills, but I am also flexible to meet the needs of each of client. Additionally, I have worked with individuals of all backgrounds and orientations, and believe in assisting people to identify their strengths which can then be used to enact meaningful change in their lives.
