I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adult men and women. Each person carries a ton of pressure from internal and external forces. Why go down that road alone? I am here to be a helper in your journey. The goal is to help you be the person you want to be. My primary focus is mood disorders, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress. Overall, we shall look to assist you in becoming emotionally and mentally sound.
I plan to use evidence-based therapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy to focus on changing thought patterns. I also plan to use integrative therapy to incorporate therapies such as humanistic, behavioral, and cognitive therapy. However, I am willing to do what it takes to meet clients where they are and assist in any facet possible.
As a minority male, I strive to be my authentic self while helping others accomplish their goals. I believe in utilizing a client-centered approach, where the client is the expert in their life and I am here for support and advocacy. I hope to be an influential part of your journey.
