Although a bit before my time, this catchy song presents a cross generational truth that resonates in us all at some point in our lives. Hi! I'm Anthony, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Arizona with more than 10 years of practice in the mental and behavioral health field. I am currently seeing clients part-time as I continue my education as a PhD student at Arizona State University. I have much experience in working with people across the spectrum of general mental health, providing client centered care in both residential and outpatient settings.

It is too common that in a society built on individual success and a relentless pulling up of one's own bootstraps, we find ourselves lacking much needed help in times of need, turning to unhealthy means of coping to deal with the challenges and stress of life.
