As a 1st-Gen Hmong Queer person I know the challenges of navigating our intersecting identities and relationships. I engage with individuals of all ages who want to take the next step in their life journeys. I have helped many individuals and families experiencing symptoms of depression, trauma, anxiety, gender dysphoria, navigating challenging relationships, and much more.
My mission is to help you achieve clarity, embrace your true self, and create a life filled with joy. You are the expert of your own life. I believe a therapeutic relationship is one of open dialogue, mutual learning, and feedback. I predominantly utilize Narrative Therapy, CBT, Psychoanalytic, Mindfulness and other modalities dependent upon need.
