Groups
Wilderness Therapy (Individual)
Wilderness Therapy is a custom-tailored experience for a single client. The curriculum is specifically written to address the client's concerns. Typically, sessions involve the client and therapist meeting in the outdoors and engaging in a light hike, or similar activity. Common areas of focus for these sessions include: mindfulness, anxiety reduction, memory issues, depression, depersonalization, and suicidal thoughts.

Roleplaying Game Therapy
This group is an exciting opportunity for teens and adults to use roleplaying games as a way to address their mental health concerns. The therapist serves as a Game Master and facilitates a story which the clients/players help tell. The clients take on the role of a character in the game world, and the group works together to communicate, solve problems, and support each other. Due to the game's creative nature, the range of client issues which can be addressed is quite considerable. Groups are separated by age [typically, Teen (13-18), and Adult (19-30)/(30+)].
