I work with individuals over 13, but specialize in helping teenagers, young adults, athletes, and those who have experienced trauma. I utilize a holistic approach tailored to each individual's unique needs, believing that mind, body and spirit must all be connected to achieve true well-being. I encourage clients to make positive lifestyle changes, create purpose, and find meaning in their lives. Everyone possesses the internal resources to face life's challenges and should feel empowered to make their own decisions. Enhancing self-confidence, promoting empowerment, and fostering meaningful connections are essential for everyone.
For those dealing with trauma, I use a technique called Brainspotting to identify, process, and release physical and emotional distress associated with traumatic experiences. The objective is to access deeper emotional parts of the brain by bypassing conscious thinking and heal underlying trauma that contributes to conditions like anxiety and depression.
My passion also lies in sports where I use over 20 years of coaching experience to enhance mental performance in athletes. For athletes, attitude, emotions, and perspective are just as crucial as physical training. My goal is to help athletes improve their confidence, focus, and mental resilience, so they can overcome perfectionism and performance anxiety.
