I use a client-centered approach combined with skills to manage symptoms from CBT, ACT, and DBT. Understanding what we do in our minds is the best start to managing our mental health. I have a special interest in helping teenagers and adults explore their gender and sexual identity and helping people of Asian descent manage their mental health.
I am of Asian descent, queer, non binary, and I have experience working with clients across the gender and sexual identity spectrum. I specialize in LGBTQIA+ identity, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, Asian American mental health, and spirituality.
