My ideal client is someone who has a need for change and a desire to get better. While the needs may vary from client to client, the desire to improve and experience positive change is crucial to having a positive counseling experience and cultivating long-lasting therapeutic benefits. I know that change is hard, and often scary, but I have seen that those brave enough to try rarely leave unchanged. My ideal client is willing to work with me to create goals, practice empathy, and reflect on the change we want to see.
I currently offer individual child/adolescent and adult counseling, as well as couples Counseling. I primarily use integrative Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy. Through empathy and evidence-based treatments, I strive to provide clients with a safe space to reflect, learn, and grow.
I offer my services to those who need someone to walk with them on their journey to manage both current and chronic stressors.
