This is a virtual group supporting parents of struggling teens. Parenting a teen who is struggling can quickly lead to burnout for the parent, if the parent does not receive support. This group is a combination of psychoeducation, spot coaching, and practical strategies on how to parent your struggling teen. We focus on setting boundaries with phones, the car, and curfew.

Loneliness is both a cause and consequence of mental illness. Especially since Covid, we've seen that teens are needing a lot of support on developing social and relational skills. This group is all about creating a sense of deep belonging and community for struggling teens, and helping them to develop greater social awareness so that they can enjoy deep and fruitful relationships in their life. This group has a big impact on the mental health of teens because it addresses such a core cause of mental health struggles.
