I have been in the mental health field for 10+years helping children, teens, parents and families. I specialize in relationships- be it your partner, child, parent or friend. I use CBT as well as family systems therapy in my work with individuals and families. I have also been trained in the Incredible Years parenting program and offer therapy to parents.
