Are you noticing that your child is more withdrawn, sad, nervous, or angry? Are YOU noticing a change in yourself? I have over 11 years of experience working with children and I have been working in the mental health field for 3.5 years. I specialize in helping children and adults process and cope with the things that plague their lives on a daily basis. I involve the whole family in the therapy process in order to facilitate more cohesion and better communication. I also provide psychological evaluations for ADHD, learning disabilities, and school accommodations.
I use a combination of mindfulness techniques, traditional psychotherapy techniques, and somatic therapies to promote insight and regulation in both the mind and body. My number one priority in therapy is creating a safe space for each and every one of my clients to express their authentic selves and heal.
Sometimes we have things to work through, and sometimes we just need someone who is willing to listen.
