Welcome new clients! My work is driven by the deeply held belief that people get better. Every person has the ability to heal, make connections, and deserves healthy relationships. While the benefits of counseling can last for years, it shouldn't take years before experiencing the benefits. By using evidence based practices, significant change can happen rather quickly, in weeks and months. I have advanced degrees and training, and am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).

I treat the big and small life challenges and provide services in the areas of: anxiety, social anxiety, panic, phobias, trauma, childhood trauma and abuse, PTSD, performance enhancement, relationships, depression, and life stress.
