Whether you are seeking help for individual growth, healing trauma, or relationship challenges, as a Marriage and Family therapist I can help you better navigate the world you live in to create a more fulfilling life. I am a licensed psychotherapist and a certified yoga and meditation teacher. I am EMDR trained and currently seeking certification. Through my professional experience, training and clinical research, I have found that integrating mind-body-spirit, and EMDR into psychotherapy provides greater insight and deeper healing than talk therapy alone.
I use a individualized combination of EMDR, traditional talk therapy, embodied therapies such as somatic therapy and body awareness, and spiritual practices such as mindfulness and self-compassion to help you create a deeper connection to your authentic self and develop tools to overcome obstacles to whole being wellness.
I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is key to successful therapy. Together we will work to understand your unique challenges, and together we will find a better way though.
