I have a fully equipped play therapy center in my peaceful and calming therapy office.
My approach encompasses therapeutic techniques from various theoretical styles to best meet each client's specific needs, but is primarily based on the principles and techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I have over 15 years of experience working with adults, children and families in both private practice and in-home community work. In addition, my varied personal and professional experiences enable me to help clients work through their challenges with empathy, compassion, and understanding.
