My goal is to utilize my knowledge and experience to assist in breaking down multicultural barriers; along with advocating against the stigma of mental health while promoting mental health awareness for all parties involved.
I believe therapy should be a space where you can come and be met where you are! This means therapy begins at the place you are comfortable. The goal is to provide a collaborative experience for you and/or your family to achieve the best experience possible.
