I’ve also actively engaged with adults and older teens dealing with grief, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship conflict, polyamory/kink, and life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in self-compassion, ensuring every client feels validated and understood. I am deeply committed to helping clients achieve personal growth and healing through emotional exploration, and providing a nonjudgmental space for vulnerability and acceptance.
