I am a licensed professional counselor with six years of experience. I specialize in working with children, adolescence, families, those experiencing anxiety, and trauma. I have experience working with children, adolescence, and families from diverse backgrounds in the school setting, crisis intervention services, outpatient setting, and an intensive after school behavior program. I work with individuals and families who have and continue to experience complex trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disturbances, attention and hyperactivity issues, grief and loss, behavioral difficulties, and relational conflict.
I use a human centered, strengths based, and trauma informed approach as well as relaxation and self-care skills to help clients heal from trauma and stress. I also provide individual supervision for those seeking LPC licensure.
