I love working with people looking to make changes in their life, big or small. I enjoy working with folks that don’t feel they easily fit in societal constructs. Connection to self and community are high priorities for me. I have experience working with teens to adults using various modalities to address complex trauma, adoption issues, relationships, body image, and parenting. I enjoy supporting folks in exploring gender and sexuality and I'm supportive of all gender expressions, sexual orientations, and family compilations. I am a queer cis woman and parent and strong advocate for queer and trans rights and body autonomy for all.
I am trained in Somatic Experiencing (through intermediate), Lifespan Integration, (L1 & 2) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I've taken the WCSAP core therapist training for survivors of sexual assault. I utilize somatics and creative expression in most sessions and love to help client find pathways to return to their body's wisdom.
I strive to support and encourage my clients in creating a better world for themselves and others in the present and future. This life can be so hard and we don't have to do it all alone. I am an approved Clinical Supervisor in the state of Washington and provide supervision to Licensed Mental Health Counseling Associates
