I believe therapy is the opportunity to build a unique connection with another human who can support and guide you through many of life's unique experiences. I am an internal family systems informed provider, with nearly ten years of experience as a social worker, walking alongside people who are navigating symptoms of trauma and substance use disorders. In addition to internal family systems, I also provide EMDR and somatic psychotherapy to support clients in healing from trauma and learning to trust their bodies.
