My name is Annie Musgraves and I am a therapist on staff with Bristlecone Therapy. I know that it can be hard to consider going to see a therapist. Sometimes we have parts of us that want the support therapy can offer and then sometimes we have other parts that aren't so sure about the idea of therapy. If this sounds like you, I want you to know that all parts of you are welcome in my office, especially those parts of you that may be unsure, standoffish or fretful about showing up.
As a marriage and family therapist I specialize in working with couples struggling to relate to one another, new parents, and teenagers seeking to develop a clearer sense of who they are and where they are going. I make use of Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems therapy, as well as other experiential and somatic approaches.
