Hi! I'm Annie! I've been counseling people of all different backgrounds, ages, and struggling with a variety of issues since 2006. My main modality is Cognitive Behavior Therapy- looking at the thoughts (esp cognitive distortions) to understand the emotion and be able to make a change. I am also a trained teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion!
