I specialize in working with young adults and mothers struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. Together, we will work to heal the various parts of yourself that might be weighing you down (IFS & Brainspotting) and learn evidence-based skills to help you be more grounded, present, and fulfilled (ACT).

I work primarily with clients with anxiety, depressive disorders, and trauma. Together, we will build skills to help you be more grounded and present, and work toward getting to the root of your issues via parts work. I also use a technique called Brainspotting, which uses spots in a person's visual field to access and process unresolved emotions and/or trauma.

A note on Brainspotting. This is a model that uses eye positioning and bilateral stimulation to identify, process, and release core neurophysiological sources of emotional/bodily pain and trauma. It can be helpful for processing emotions relating to trauma, self-esteem issues, negative core beliefs, and a variety of other symptoms.
