My particular areas of interest include mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma, alcohol abuse, boundary-setting, relationship and fertility issues, and parenting. I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention, the gold standard for treatment of OCD. I am also a Brainspotting practicioner.
I use a variety of different approaches, including CBT, ACT, ERP, skill-building, and mindfulness techniques. Above all else, I believe in human connection as an avenue for emotional healing.
