I am an LMFT who works with individuals, couples, and families of all ages and needs. Reaching out for help can be difficult and I applaud anyone who takes that big step! In our first session together, we will talk about what brings you to therapy and come up with goals as a team. I enjoy using Internal Family Systems (IFS) as a treatment as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Through laughter and hard work, my clients and I work together to become their best and healthiest selves.
I have always known I wanted to help people and feel as though I have found my calling as an MFT. I utilize my caring and understanding nature to help clients uncover their strengths and improve their life skills. I enjoy making use of my clients' own interests in their recovery, as well as some of my own.
