I primarily work with clients aged 10-25 struggling with anxiety and depression, life transitions, social and behavioral issues, and identity development. I have a particular interest in working with college students as they develop greater independence and learn to manage increasing personal and academic responsibilities while also attending to their social and emotional needs.
I have over 15 years of experience working with young people and bring expertise in school-related mental and behavioral health issues, IEP accommodations, crisis intervention, and teaching coping skills. I have training in CBT, DBT, and play therapy, and completed a 200-hr yoga teacher certification at Wild Lotus Yoga in 2017.
My approach is interpersonal, strengths-based, and existentialist. My purpose is to help clients enhance social connectivity, develop a sense of belonging, and create meaning in their lives.
