Welcome to The Well! I am a LPC in the state of Georgia and I have experience in the mental health field working with many different populations. I specialize in working with people of color navigating whole wellness as it relates to them. A lot challenges with seeing growth come from the tendency to address the symptoms rather than addressing the source. I help clients find clarity via self exploration and uncovering uncomfortable truths. Here, clients see they have choices to live differently. I might be tough at times but I'm always tender.

My clients come to me experiencing difficulty finding overall wellness, fulfillment and/or happiness that could be a result of relational challenges, lowered self esteem, life transitions, anxiety, or stress regarding living authentically while creating the life they want.
