Have you ever asked yourself, “Who am I?" Do you feel you are “different” from others? I’m here to support you, and we will find the answers together. We will explore your personal and racial identity to discover who you really are. I have experience with immigration and first-generation multicultural issues. Working with me, we will process trauma and family conflicts. I will provide insights and different perspectives that help you understand and accept your lived experience, and support you in living according to your choices, goals, and values. My hope is to help you feel heard, loved, and honored for who you truly are.
I'm committed to creating an environment in which you can freely express yourself. With mutual empathy, we will delve into different aspects of your life: childhood and adolescence, family dynamics, life transitions, and cultural or social values with trust and support. I use techniques from relational-cultural, mindfulness, and strength-based theories.
Please feel free to be vulnerable, open, and be yourself. I'm genuinely curious about your life. We'll work together to help you heal and grow from your past experiences. During this journey of self-discovery, you will find peace within yourself and your place in the world. To start therapy now, contact my office for an appointment.

Groups
Love & Nourishing Self
Cultural ideals of thinness and beauty, often reinforced by unrealistic media images, fuel body dissatisfaction. 85–90% of women report disliking their appearance, leading to concerns with body image, disordered eating, and reduced self-esteem. This group will challenge harmful cultural messages while exploring how societal pressures shape the relationship with bodies and food. Through self-compassion and shared experiences, this group will work toward self-acceptance in building a healthier connection with food, mind, and body, as well as a deeper understanding of nourishment and healing.
