I specialize in working with adults at any stage in life struggling with ADHD, anxiety and depression. Clients come to me looking for a therapist who understand the unique challenges and experiences that come from living with ADHD and how it coexists with other mental health symptoms, because therapy should be a place where you feel understood and supported in being yourself and living a life that works for you. Sessions with me are collaborative and strengths based to support your personal goals.

I have worked in different settings and draw from a variety of therapy interventions and solution-focused approaches within treatment. I believe in providing a holistic perspective to wellness and designing individualized treatment for each person.

I approach sessions in a supportive and nonjudgmental way to help create a safe space to engage in work, as I know it can be a vulnerable experience to open up and share about yourself with someone.
