Hi! I have been a licensed therapist since 2015. My clinical training and experience comprised working in the nonpublic school system and mental health setting with children and adolescents with ADHD, Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and behavioral and emotional disorders. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, crisis, and loss. In addition, I have worked with families and adults in a variety of areas and life transitions, such as divorce, single parenthood, and blended families.
We all experience loss, relationship struggles, and life changes at some point in life. I believe therapy is a safe space where we can explore how experiences from the past left unresolved can impact the sense of safety and ability to function and sustain healthy and meaningful relationships with others and yourself.
