If you answered yes to any of these questions, there isn’t anything wrong with you. You are not helpless and there is hope. There are two types of trauma: shock trauma and relational trauma. You have most likely encountered childhood relational trauma. I'm here to explain more and walk you through this.

I have years of experience helping patients heal from varying degrees of trauma. I am not afraid of what you bring into the room. Some of my specialties include eating disorders, disordered eating, women issues, relational trauma, codependency, love addiction, depression, people pleasing, PTSD, self-esteem issues, anxiety, DV, trauma and abuse.
