My name is Annette Howard, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida and working remotely with clients in Florida and North Carolina via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in stress, anxiety, and grief/loss, using techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help my clients confront those negative thoughts and start feeling better. I have found that my approach and skills are a good fit for adults who may be dealing with challenges of life transitions. This often shows up in the form of anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship conflicts.
I work to help my clients navigate these transition periods and build skills to allow them to feel better about themselves and develop a more positive self-image.
